Our History
The SPICEZ Doctor was created in 2021 with a focal location on the East Coast. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, the creator notified that illness does not originate from misalignment of various areas of life; instead, misalignment of life issues cause disease.
Instead of trusting the process of change, the creator believes that one needs to trust themselves and instincts to nature desires outcomes: hence, the logo "change is in your hands".
Our Mission
Avoid the bandage approach of denial, wishing and pretending of past experiences and current situations; learn strategies to become proactive rather than reactive; work towards intentional healing in a supportive, nurturing and non-judgmental environment. Using the six dimensions of SPICEZ (spiritual, physical, intellectual, career, emotional and zen), one can fully examine how to implement practices that can enhance not only longevity but quality of life as well.
Our Goal
Achieving wellness and engaging in activities that support positive dimensions of health (spiritual, physical, intellectual, career, emotional and zen) by utilizing the Booker Holistic Health Self-Care Model which is explained in my book. It includes the extended version of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs after self-actualization, the 6th level is transcendence, and the 7th level is self-discovery or 'enlightenment'.
